    We checked and did not find any error sending multiple mails on our Plugin. Please try to deactivate all plugin to check if any plugin conflicts with our Plugin or not. Thanks

    I have the same problem. I have pinpointed it to when other plugins use the function “wp_schedule_single_event”.

    When this happens, duplicate emails are sent.

    There is possible that on your site there is a plugin that conflicts with the plugin gift voucher. Please try deactivate all plugins to check if any plugin is causing the conflict or not

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have already told you that the problem was spotted when your plugin was working in conjunction with other plugins.

    I know it works when no other plugins are activated but not working well when other plugins do not do anything wrong, is not good.

    Other plugins using the “wp_schedule_single_event” function should not make your plugin send multiple emails.
