# Multiple MailPoet Problems

 * I have been using Mail Poet for some time and have been happy…
 * ALL of a sudden – nothing seems to work, even though I have upgraded.
 * I am not able to find the answers on the forum where directed for help… I have
   a campaign that is going to fall short of a deadline if I can’t get this managed.
 * 1. When someone registers – they are not receiving the confirmation email so 
   nothing is getting subscribed status to even receive future emails.
 * 2. When I create a newsletter, I am having to reduce the size of my screen to
   about 25% to be able to get up to the formatting-edit tools, at which point it
   is barely visible for reviewing and at times kicks me out of the edit screen 
   before all the work I do can be saved.
 * 3. When I DO finally get to the point of sending a preview – that doesn’t go.
 * I have checked with my host and all the email information is set up correctly–
   per my domain name not gmail or something else. I have checked and both PHP and
   sendmail tests worked.
 * I am NOW totally beside myself and ready to chuck the whole product and go back
   to Constant Contact…. 🙁
