Multiple Loop Problem In Single.php

Hello,
I’m trying to show recent articles in my single.php by including a recent-post.php file

The code in recent-post.php is as follows:

The problem i'm facing that when i open first 3 recent articles, It shows me first 3 recent article titles too. I dont want to duplicate the post and the title.

Please help. Tried a lot with multiple loop section but this code is there in another file not in single.php . I tried making post id as global too.
