# Multiple Links

 * Hi,
 * I have looked at previous threads but cannot seem to find how I can get the option
   to download multiple files. I have added the files to download multiple files
   in one section and this did not work. I have also added the files in separate
   sections and this hasn’t worked (i.e “807” *809″).
 * Please can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

 * When you list the download IDs in the shortcode, it should be with commas in 
   between the id numbers and all the numbers & commas inside the double quotes.
   You didn’t really provide any information as to what you are doing (like the 
   shortcode you are using), but at least in the “i.e.” part of your post you did
   double quotes around each number [which is wrong] and didn’t have a comma in 
   there). Here is an example of what it might look like (obviously your numbers
   will be different):
 * `[email-download download_id="734,812,401" contact_form_id="232"]`
 * The most common mistake when dealing with multiple downloads is failing to put
   in the ebd or ebd_left tags, which are necessary to create the checkboxes for
   each file & list the filenames. See the last screenshot on this page:
