The Google My Business data is provided through the Places API. This can be switched by changing the Place ID in the additional settings. So, you can keep the various places to hand so this process is reasonably quick to perform.
However, as this plugin will only support one set of opening hours, I am unsure how useful switching between different places will be for you.
I may expand the plugin – and with it support for multiple Place IDs – but this isn’t in my immediate schedule for development work. I have replied to queries through my website with paid requests, but it’s not a small task and has cost implications to match.

At the moment, it isn’t super-high in my to-list as it will involve a lot of work and I am unsure of the demand and therefore return if I provide it as a premium plugin. If you’re interested in supporting this project, I am open to this idea.
