 * I need to build a film and video equipment rental site. So I need the user to
   be able to add multiple items to a cart before stipulating the booking period
   and making the booking with all the items in the cart.
 * ********** EG**********
    Selection:
 * 1 x Arri Camera
    3 x Sky lights 2 x Apple Boxes
 * Dates: 25/02/2001 to 27/02/2021
 * Book and pay now. “Button”
 * (all prices for individual items are calculated according to the rental length)

 * BA Book Everything plugin don’t use a cart. But there is one way you can try 
   to implement this scenario: setup main items as booking items and other things
   as service items that can be selected in addition to the main item in booking
   form and calculated per day/night.
