    Hello,
I’ve installed “WP-Members: Membership Framework” plugin, and I activated these options:
    – Moderate registration (and i changed the email template in Dialog)
    – Enable CAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA, and i used a valid keys from google)
    Issues:
1- CAPTCHA is not showing up on registration page, while custom fields is showing up.
    Registration Link: http://alameensoft.com/wp-login.php?action=register
2- New registered users receive only one email to set their password, while there’s no email for registration pending approval thing, while i already set a message on (Registration completed) field on (Dialogs) Tab.
3- When the account is approved, a new email sent to the user containing those shortcodes:
username,password,user-profile and blogname (working just fine)
    reglink (IS NOT working)
while I’ve selected the link (http://www.alameensoft.com/wp-login.php?action=register) on (Register Page) field on WP-Members setting like the other links.

While the plugin does integrate some features into the native WP registration, that is not its intended use and so things like captcha are not supported. Also, the WP-Members emails will not be used for the native WP process.

Use the WP-Members front end registration for all features. Default installation will include the login/registration form pair in place of blocked content. You can also invoke the registration form with the shortcode [wpmem_form register]

However, I’m sorry I didn’t understand what should i do to fix those issues?

The shortcodes that are included in the default install are based on a default configuration of the plugin and are really just there by way of example. The [reglink] shortcode would be intended to return the user to the page they registered on – IF that page was a blocked post – which in your case its not. So just take it out of the email if it’s not needed/used.

However, I’m sorry I didn’t understand what should i do to fix those issues?

As I pointed out, you can use whatever process you need to for registration (and login for that matter), but the plugin doesn’t apply all features outside of the plugin’s form.

If you want to use the WP native registration form like you’re doing, you can. But the WP-Members emails that are part of the WP-Members registration processing won’t be used. WP-Members implementation of captcha won’t be used either.

In this use case, you’re basically just relying on the plugin to add custom fields to the registration – that’s all.

If you want those features, use the plugin’s registration form. I’d suggest starting with some of the plugin’s documentation. Maybe some of the following:

    http://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/docs/getting-started/
    http://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/quick-start-guide/

Or maybe go through the initial setup video
    http://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/docs/videos/

At about 11 minutes in I go over creating login/registration pages with the plugin’s shortcodes.
