# Multiple issues after installing WooCommerce

 * Hi all,
 * I just installed woocommerce and am a non-coder, I built my site with Elementor.
   I changed the theme to Woo’s Storefront and the rest of the website (homepage
   etc) still shows as I built it in Elementor (Yay good news) BUT I have loads 
   of issues with the WooCommerce shop…
 * 1 – The slug for the shop is shop-3… I can’t change it to just ‘shop’. There 
   are no pages in the bin/trash and Ive not had a shop before so I don’t understand
   why I can’t change this slug.
 * 2 – In the permalinks section, it will only allow me to select ‘custom’ in the
   shop section.. if I try to select anything else, when I hit save it jumps back
   to custom.
 * 3 – On the shop homepage, if I select for it to display products only or products
   and categories, it only shows the categories. It shows that there are 42 items
   in that category but if you click on it, it shows nothing… so basically no products
   will show anywhere and I don’t know why.
 * 4 – I cannot figure out how to set the type of product. These are digital downloads
   of the photo and I don’t know how to set them as that. I uploaded them using 
   the woo photography extension so it bulk uploads. The only way to then edit them
   to being ‘downloadable’ items is to edit one by one (simple product>downloadable)
   and I have HUNDREDS of images to upload!

 * You really should ask one question per post here.
    For 1 and 2, you should ask
   at the woocommerce plugin support forum. For 3, it sounds like a Storefront theme
   question, so find that forum. For 4, it could be woocommerce or the photography
   extension you used.

 * Sorry I’ve done the wrong thing but as a new user and new to code, these things
   are complicated to understand who to go to for what. I’ve now spoken to their
   support.
