Multiple Issues

Hello … I have a few issues/questions:

1) Since starting using Visual Form Builder, I have never received any emails that the form has been filled out. I did all the trouble shooting with it available, and still no luck.

2) When I export data, for one field (in this case it is a drop down list for Location Preference), it has it for the first few lines… then after that it is blank in the excel document. I cannot figure out why?! The field is filled out on the actual forms.

3) Small detail .. but the time the form is filled out is not in my timezone… is there a way to change that? Or at least know what time zone it is in so I can make the adjustments in my head?
