# multiple issues

 * I am having several issues I need help with
 * 1- there suddenly is no submit button for one of my tasks (ThinkLink)- i am logged
   in and have not earned this achievement yet
 * 2- double badges for the same task are showing up under my achievements
 * 3- users no longer, after earning a badge, can mouse over it and send to credly.
 * 4- once the update went through, the color of my site changed and the size of
   the videos changed

 * Hi Laura,
 * I really hate that you seem to be encountering so many problems with BadgeOS.
   I also hate that I haven’t been able to help solve all of them either. I have
   for some at least.
 * I’m hoping we can get some of these figured out on our end tomorrow, as we have
   more of the team back from some time away. I have my fingers crossed that we’ll
   be able to come up with solutions for problems many are having.
 * I’ve spent 15-30 minutes looking through the site and I can’t see any reason 
   why, on your end, the badge builder would be failing, and I can’t find that error
   message in the plugin itself, which leads me to believe that it’s a response 
   from Credly themselves.
 * I’ll talk to the right people for this to see what may be causing this and how
   to get around it.

 * Thank you, Michael
    I appreciate your sentiments very much. Mostly what is frustrating
   me is that we had a good, functioning site and now it isn’t and I am not sure
   what happened because i didn’t change anything I was doing on my end. I am more
   than willing to accept that what has gone wrong is my doing, but I am just not
   sure how and just not sure how to correct it. Keep me posted on any progress 
   you make on your end.

 * We have a decent lead on the Credly issue and are exploring the best method to
   solve. Hopefully in the next point release, which should be 1.3.6.
