# Multiple index notes – 4th without conversion

 * Hi,
 * My client tried to put more than 3 notes in the same place and the plugin only
   recognizes the first 3 ones, the 4th appears like we write it. Like this:
 * (1) (2) (4) ((Acid-Base Regulation. Merc Manual. Available here.)) (3)
 * But the 5th has been converted, without counting the lack of ordination.
 * Do you know a solution for this?
