 * I have several product categories. However, it’s only 1 product category selection.
   What should I do?

 * unfortunately there isn’t a way to select the Google category specifically for
   categories or products at this moment.
    It’s a feature we want to release in 
   next versions, I hope I can do it soon. Sorry for that, take a look at the changelog
   to be updated when it will be released! 🙂

 * Since I have several product categories, what happen if I select only 1 Google
   category? Would that be an issue with Facebook?

 * No, instead should be better. I suggest don’t go too depth into the subcategory
   and leave a generic one that better describes your business.
