Support » Plugin: WordPress Gallery Plugin - NextGEN Gallery » Multiple Galleries on Single Pag

Thank you very much for this awesome plugin.

Quick question is it possible to have multiple galleries on the same page?

As per the link provided, I have added multiple galleries, and when you click on it, it open the image, and not the lightbox with the gallery images.

    – You can see an error in the Console: slick.min.js?ver=3.2.21:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘add’ of null

    – When I only have 1 gallery present it works.
    – I tried setting the Theme to a standard Theme and still did not work.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rynoraymeyer,

Yes, you can have multiple galleries on the same page. Fist of all I want to say that I couldn’t see any NextGen gallery on your page ( you seem to use Elementor’s image slider for the “Our Works” section so it looks like you have replaced the NextGen gallery in the meantime).

Can you please let us know what gallery display type was you using? NextGen currently has an issue if inserting 2 Basic Slideshow galleries on the same page that is going to be solved in the next update.

Hi, wow thank you for the quick reply.

Yes, I unfortunately had to remove them, as the Javascript error was causing several other elements on the page to break.

Also, yes, I was using multipe Basic Slideshows. Do you perhaps know when your next update will be released?

    Kind regards,

    Hi @rynoraymeyer,

We are happy to let you know that we have released a plugin update that contains the fix. Please make sure to update NextGen to the latest version and this should resolve the JS problem if adding more than one Basic Slideshow galleries on the same page.
