I have a couple of registration forms but users are unable to submit more than one after their email address is recorded as a user. Is there an option (I have searched) to allow multiple form submissions from one email address (user)?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jamncream,

    Thank you for reaching out!

WordPress, by default, does not allow multiple user registrations using the same email address. Each email must be unique for user accounts, which is why users are unable to submit multiple registrations with the same email once they are already registered.

If your use case requires collecting form submissions from the same user more than once, you may consider using a Everest Forms (not tied to user registration) or modifying your workflow to capture the additional data without creating a new account.

Thank you Amrit, not the answer I was hoping for after putting a lot of time into multiple forms. Is there any chance you can update the plugin so that it can accept multiple forms from one user within the User Registration plugin? I would pay for the premium if it included that feature. 🙂 Please?

    HI @jamncream,

    Thank you for writing back.

Registering multiple times on the same site using the same email address is not possible due to security concerns. This is currently not supported by the premium features or through customization.

    Best regards!
