Multiple Forms, Multiple Databases

    Think I’d like to tackle the multiple forms issue that has come up a few times. I’m a hack so, no promises.

    My first thought is, how many tables does the participants database use? Looks like three?

    Also, creating multiple forms could be done by creating one form and using CSS to hide different groups (that just hit me, maybe I’ll go that route).
