Multiple forms into one

Hi all,

I have one problem. I have created a form which includes Conditional Logic, so there are categories that have childs.

Let me explain:

I have a form which has a dropdown menu to select which “brand” of car you have (For example: Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, …), and I have so many other forms related to this one with models of the car.

If you select Audi on model, it spawns a new form where you can select your model (A3, A4, A5, …).

So, when I want to display it in a directory, I want to see a SINGLE column which is called “model” and not a bunch of them (one filled and the others blank).

Help me please!
