    The WP Ninjas

This depends on exactly what you mean.

Do you want to be able to include multiple forms on one page? If so you can use the shortcode and include as many as you like.

Do you mean you want to break a longer form into multiple parts? Then you would use the Multi-Part Forms Extension.

With that extension installed new options will appear. First on your form settings tab you can select that a form should be a multi-part form and whether or not to display section title, progress bar, or breadcrumbs.

In the field settings tab you will have a new pagination navigation that will allow you to add new sections and you can easily move fields into sections by dragging the field and releasing it over the section number in the multi-part navigation.

    Hope this help.

Yes, that is exactly what they need. They have one very long form that needs to be broken up into steps to make it easier for viewers to follow. I will send the link to my client.
