 * Hello. Very nice plug-in! I love how easy it is to make a form. I’m having one
   glitch…I’ve made a form that has the option of attaching up to 5 files. The data,
   however, doesn’t submit if there is more than one file attached (files upload,
   but data does not get recorded). Do you have any idea why?

 * Without tweaking the code, I can upload two files successfully without problems
   by creating two labels (fields) of files upload. Because the issue you raised,
   I just tried with 5 files upload, and it works great (all files are downloadable).
   Try to test with small size files first. If not, maybe you should reinstall a
   fresh form manager.
