Multiple file attachments in employer email notifications

my customer wants to have the application form display 2 seperate fields for attachment uploads. one for CV and one for Statement. (rather then a single “multi-file upload” field)
this is easy enough to achieve, the problem is the email notification to employer does not include the 2nd attachment
I need a snippet to be able to add a custom file attachment to the application employer email template.

alternatively I need to integrate the job listing with 3rd party form like contact form 7 where this is very easy to do rather then the default application form template included with the WPJM paid plugin
