Support » Plugin: Facebook Tab Manager » Multiple FB pages NOT administered by me

  • Firstly, David, thank you so much for your work on this plugin. I can see huge opportunities here on so many levels.

But I have a question : I have multiple shop managers in my woocommerce store. What I’d like to do is to allow each shop owner to display his/her products on their FB pages. I don’t administer their pages. Only they do.

So the question is : I have each shop manager managing their own “brand”. What I need to be able to do this is to provide them with the code to display THEIR brand products on THEIR facebook page.

Is this possible? Is it enough that only I register the app on my own facebook for everyone else to be able to display their products?

PS – I’m not using the multisites platform. Its a single wp.

    Thanks again for your time.

I don’t know exactly how you have all this set up, and I don’t know anything about how woocommerce stores work. So take my answer as a theoretical one – what I think ought to be possible.

You should be able to register the content for each store as an app, pointing to either each store’s domain (does each one have an individual ssl certificate?) or to a site that you’ve configured to aggregate data from the stores.

You can register the apps and direct the store managers to install them on the pages they administer. If you get it working, I’d like to see what you come up with.
