 * Over the last couple of days, we have gotten a PayPal Error 10486.
    Is this due
   to lack of funds for the user, or a bug?

 * The error simply means that the funding source used by buyer is either invalid,
   or the bank dont authorize it. So specifically related to their funding source.
   You can ask them to try a different funding sources / Card then give it another
   shot. I’m sure things will be working as normal.
