each day I have multiple audio files/episodes for a podcast channel,
e.g.

https://itunes.apple.com/cn/podcast/%E8%89%AF%E5%8F%8B%E9%9B%BB%E5%8F%B0%E7%AF%80%E7%9B%AE-%E5%A5%BD%E7%89%A7%E4%BA%BA/id963933487?mt=2

how do I manage it using WP and SSP?
it seems in every post, I can only add ONE audio link to podcasting URL.

Yep that’s correct, by design each podcast ‘episode’ post has just one media file that is associated with it. If you’d like to have multiple media files in a given day then I’d recommend separating it out into multiple episodes/posts.
