• I would like to allow one person in an organization to be able to upload her own content, (author) but not be an editor so she wouldn’t be able to add content to the whole site.

I tried making her page the default post page since the others inthe organization can use the page editor.

I have different widgets on many pages so I am using the Dynamic Widgets plugin. All would work fine except the new post page has every side widget from every page. (about 20 of them) quite a crazy looking long page.

    Does anyone have a remedy?
    I would appreciate it.

  • I’m not sure if I understand correctly. Did you create that specific page outside of the WordPress system? In other words, the page does not show up in the list of pages? When Dynamic Widgets does not know which page is being showed, it can not determine which widgets to show or not. At that point it defaults to show the widget(s).

Solution might be to remove the sidebar(s) or create static sidebar(s) just for that page.
