Multiple Downloads Links not showing

    Hi
    I’m trying to create multiple email before download but when I submit the form the links at the bottom don’t show. I’m using CF7(5.4.2) and EBD(6.6).

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    To further understand the issue could you please provide:
    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
    3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing
    4. Screenshot of submitted form not displaying links
