Multiple different variables

Hello to all
I have a client request and I need some advice.
Is it possible in one variable product to use a group of options (image) variables (three or more) and every time who select one option to show the correct image of the selected product?

That means the variables must work independently from the others

For example:
Group 1
image 1, image 2, image3

Group 2
image 1, image 2, image3

Group 3
image 1, image 2, image3

if the visitor select any one of these separate options, we need to show the correct image and SKU
