# Multiple Custom Post Types & Menu Highlighting

 * Can anyone point me to a tutorial or in the right direction for how to accomplish
   this?
 * Say my WordPress site has these sections:
 * Blog
    News Articles Memories
 * News, articles, and memories would be custom “post types” that I created. How
   do I get these sections to operate completely independently of one another?
 * In terms of menu highlighting, so far when I try this the “Blog” menu item is
   always highlighted in addition to the section that I am currently in. So if I
   go to articles, “Articles” is highlighted as well as “Blog.”
 * This appears to be a CSS issue, but at the same time I can’t help feeling perhaps
   I don’t have it set up correctly for what I am trying to accomplish.
 * Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
