# Multiple Custom Fields

 * Greetings all,
 * I am currently in the process of moving a couple hundred articles from a website
   to wordpress. In the wordpress I am making each article a post to get all the
   old content online right now. However I am also using custom fields to easily
   sort the articles in more ways then they are now. But i’ve hit a snag. Each article
   i post has roughly 4-5 custom fields attached to it that I use. But I can only
   add one custom field per article update.
 * For example, i can add the full article, images, excerpts, set the categories
   and everything, but can only get one custom field before clicking publish.
 * After publish i can add the second, but must update before adding the next custom
   field. it looks like a glitch, but i don’t know a fix for it.
 * Suggestions?
