multiple coupons applying

    Hi there,

    I created customer roles: customer_5 and customer_8
    Now I created coupons granting 5 and 8% discount.

    After allocating the 5% coupon to group customer_5 and 8 to 8 the result was that the coupons were staggering, so they got both the coupons, which is not desired.

    Do have any idea what could causing this? Do you use a specific plugin to create the roles?

    Thanks for coming back to me and the otherwise awesome plugin.

    Hi @lidere,

    We haven’t yet tested the plugin with custom user roles. Which plugin are you using for creating custom roles?

    Hi @webtoffee,

    thanks for your reply. I tried ‘User Role Editor’ and ‘Members – Membership & User Role Editor Plugin’ but neither of them worked with your plugin.

    Should I add the roles by executing something like ‘add_role( $role, $display_name, $capabilities );’ and configure them like, let’s say a subscriber?

    Hi @lidere,

    We tested the plugin with User Role Editor plugin and it is working correctly for us even with the auto apply option enabled.

    Hi again,

    I tested it again and it still doesn’t work. While the coupon gets applied properly, in the “my account” section it displays coupons not registered for the given user role. Maybe you could have another look at that, please?
