multiple contact-type forms

I am using the Contact Form ][ that replaces Ryan’s, and it works fine, but am trying also, to either create a duplicate of it, or reduce it to its essentials as a php contact form for another, but different instance.

(One is for a contact form. The second for a subscribe form).

Anyone have any experience (or script ideas) for this?
