Multiple Contact Forms Send Me No Mail

I have installed both Contact Form 7 plugin, and then now I have tried a Clean and Simple Contact Form Plugin, and I cannot receive emails from either one. And the emails are not going to my spam folder, either. They go nowhere. Host provider says it’s not on their end. Everything looks great on the contact page once email is sent, it says it was sent and all that, but it goes nowhere. I have tried changing the recipient email address to another email address I have–still nothing.
Is it a Theme issue?
I am at a loss so far to explain this.
