 * First and foremost, love your plugin!
 * I’m trying to setup the following and having a tough time understanding the proper
   way to set this up.
 * I have 2 user roles, regular customers and User Role A.
 * I want to apply free shipping to a specific product category (Product Category
   A), but only for User Role A.
 * So Product A should be free shipping for logged in users as User Role A. Any 
   other products will have shipping charges.
 * All other users (not logged in or otherwise) will have shipping charges.
 * The problem I’m finding is when User Role A adds a product that has free shipping
   and one that does not, the entire order allows for free shipping. What I need
   is for the free shipping to only be applied to Product Category A and still require
   shipping for the rest.
 * How to accomplish this?
