# multiple conditional fields

 * I am creating a form for registering delegates to a conference. I want the person
   submitting the form to be able to register up to 4 delegates, and for each delegate
   there are a number of questions (e.g. names, emails, which sessions they are 
   to attend, which meals they want, etc.)
 * I have created a Yes/No select box asking whether they wish to register a 2nd
   delegate (and similarly for 3rd/4th) and want to hide all the subsequent questions
   unless the selection is “Yes”. Is it possible to create a single condition for
   this, or do I need to make a separate condition for each of the fields that I
   want hidden?
 * I have tried putting all delegate 2 info on a second page, but I don’t seem to
   be able to show/hide pages like other fields.

 * Thanks for your inquiry.
 * Unfortunately it is not possible to hide all the appropriate fields with a single
   condition.
 * You need to create separate conditions for each field.
 * Also it is not possible to add a condition on a page break field.
 * We are considering to add those features in our future updates but I can’t say
   for sure when exactly.
