Hi there, fantastic plugin, thanks for the effort.

I had an issue on one of my pages. The page contained many text editor modules within the 3 column module. After cloning the 3 column module and entering in the new data, the text inside the modules had changed/been overwritten by other text inside other modules. I am assuming it is a cloning problem but not sure. Also, oddly, I did not notice this right away after saving, but a little time later.

I have since deleted all the offending text editor modules and re-created, so the link currently is correct. Thought I would bring it to your attention.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @pmac8,

    Thanks for posting!

Are you able to recreate the issue each time a row is duplicated? Does it only happen with rows?

I just did some testing on my local install and it works just fine, i.e., the changes I made on the duplicates were reflected on the frontend after publishing the page, and still remained when I went back in and edited the contents. 🙂

Hi Ben, thanks for the quick response.

I think this does occur when duplicating text area modules. Luckily, I just noticed another duplication here: https://dev.rocpatents.com/broker-list/ in the R-Z group (Rogelberg Consulting). It looks like for the most part if I delete the text area module and recreate a new one the issue is resolved. I can leave this one up if it helps at all.

I am not sure what combination of cloning I did to cause the issue (ie cloning rows vs columns vs individual text modules). Also I am pretty sure this was fine right after I published, so maybe a caching system that is causing it? Not sure.

    Hey @pmac8,

I actually tried cloning the module, row, and column but I couldn’t recreate the issue. Are you using the latest version of our plugin? Can you try disabling all other plugins except BB and see if you can recreate the issue?

I also checked the response headers of the assets loaded on the page and I can’t find any traces of server side caching so there might be none. Can you get in touch with your hosting to be sure?

I don’t think it’s the theme as well since we’ve a lot of Genesis users in the community so we can leave that for last. 🙂

Thanks, Ben, I’ll try your suggestions. For now, I think we can close the ticket, if it ever comes up again I’ll pay attention to the factors involved and let you know.
