# Multiple Client Email

 * Hello,
 * Some of my clients would like to have other team members receive new order and
   cancel order notifications from WooCommerce. Unfortunately woo only allows one
   contact email per client. Are there any plugins (preferably free) that would 
   allow a single client to have multiple email addresses and that new orders and
   cancel order notifications be sent to all available email addresses? If there
   is a snipped of code that I can use I’ll take that too.

 * You can add other recipients for these emails by going to **WooCommerce → Settings
   → Email** then click Manage on the New/Cancelled order.
 * On the next screen, there will be a Recipients field where you can add other 
   email address, just be sure to separate them with a comma, e.g. `test@gmail.com,
   test2@gmail.com` .

 * Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes that allow me to add additional emails but
   that would be fixed emails. I have over 400 clients with more coming on a daily
   basis and the notifications should go to their own contacts, not our internal
   list.
 * What I am looking for is to give them the ability to add additional contacts 
   to their own profiles (like cc and bcc) that would also receive notifications
   of new orders or cancelations.

 * I get you now. The core WooCommerce plugin does not have this option by default,

 * Thank you for your assistance. I’ve looked at the plugin and it does what I want
   but it is a subscription (which I don’t like). That is why I was looking for 
   either a plugin or code sniped.
    I guess that the easiest way to do it is to 
   add a couple of custom fields (cc and bcc) then add a hook to get those values
   into the email template. We’ll see how that goes.
