 * After you’ve created your question you are taken to the ‘response options’ tab.
   
   There is a link a the top ‘add new possible answer’.
 * Each ‘choice’ or ‘response option’ (what we call them) is entered separately 
   so you can give individual feedback on each one if you wish.
 * Let me know if you need more help.

 * My mistake, its ‘add new response option’ not ‘add new possible answer’
