Then I select the correct one and click save. When I go back to have a look to see all my settings have saved correctly I find that the ALL the checkboxes have been selected. This happens also when I answer the questions as a student. * When I make a single choice question and select the correct answer, upon save the last answer in the list is selected. * Am I doing something wrong in setting up the questions? I was using wordpress 4.4 and noticed that the plugin wasn’t tested on it so I downgraded it to 4.3.1( the latest build it has been tested on) but still the same error. * I need to get this site up and running in the next few days! * Thanks in advance for your help! I hope you and your family had a safe and enjoyable Christmas! * I found out what the issue was. Our client was creating the units with multiple choice questions, however, do not yet know what those questions will be so she put in some blank questions.
