 * I’m working in a WPML Events Manager PRO environment and would like users from
   different countries to subscribe to different Mailchimp lists.
 * Is it possible to add different checkboxes to different EM PRO forms? So the 
   Dutch form has a checkbox to another list than the English form, etc.
 * Maybe by setting a different ID (mc4wp-try-subscribe-1, mc4wp-try-subscribe-2)
   per list?

 * Also interested on this. I have the PRO version of the plugin but no option to
   be found for this.
