Support » Plugin: Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress » multiple charts will let the page size increase incredibly

  • I established a page with 10+ visualizations on it. And recently this page is loaded very slowly and the whole page size become 96 MB large.
I checked the network. When I add :
3 visualizations, the page size is 1.1MB.
7 visualizations, the page size is 11.9 MB.
10 visualizations, the page size is 31.6 MB.
so from my side, the page size Exponentially increased with the increasing number of visualizations, which did not happen before.

I have already tried the lazy load function, which doesn’t work. In case I used it wrong, my shortcode is [visualizer id=”chart-id” lazy=”yes” class=””]

Now, I am trying to decrease the page loading time.
Could you tell me why this happened? Is this a bug with new version or I did something wrong? Is there any suggestion to fix this issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @cgccben2021!

This doesn’t seem to be something that can be adjusted through the Visualizer plugin. Maybe you could try to use the lazy load feature with a parameter and see if there is any improvement. You can find out more here. Also, you could optimize the performance of your page with a plugin like Autoptimize.

Thank you and have a nice day!

This is the same problem that many of us have been experiencing for a few days: with more than 3 graphics on the same page, it becomes practically impossible to visualize it.
We have also reported the problem in other tasks.
On WordPress the problem is certain, the page remains blank and times out, the preview instead shows the graphs correctly.
