Multiple boxes in one post

I’m wondering if it is possible to use multiple boxes in one post. I don’t mean a repeatable field where you use the same fields multiple times but different boxes where one should be repeatable and the other one should’t be – in my backend it seems like there is always just one box you can chose to use.
To clarify, I’d like to have one repeatable box for a list but want to use beside this a second box to define a image. I could put the image field into the repeatable box as well, but this wouldn’t be the optimal solution for a clean code and ui.
