    Hello,

    Can you please explain how a user would cancel a group of booking please?

    I have added the #cancel_link to the confirmation email. I also have the send one email for grouped timeslots selected.

    My email template is as follows;
    +++++++++++++++++++++++
    Dear #customer_name,

    You have successfully made the following reservation(s);

    [appointment_loop_start]

    #service_name on #appointment_day at #appointment_time
    [appointment_loop_end]

    Thank you

    #cancel_link
    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    If the user clicks on the cancel link and enters their email address, the cancellation is confirmed but only for one of the bookings.

    Many Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    Could you please clarify the number of version of Webba you are using?

    I am using Version 4.0.45

    I have added the cancel link within the loop as a work around but the user will have to click on each cancel link for a group of bookings.

    Just checked in 4.0.45 – works correctly with the same template as yours. For better understanding why this happens on your website, could you please book multiple time slots and forward the received email to support@webba-booking.com? For better follow-up please send a message here after you forward the email.

    I did receive your email.

    The example I sent you was the work around that I could find to enable users to book a group of bookings.

    However, I moved the #cancel_link outside of the loop, as I thought I did previously, and it now work seamlessly. Not sure how that got sorted or what I was doing wrong but it works.

    Thank you so much for your great support.
