Multiple blogs through pages

Relatively new to this but I’d appreciate any help I can get.

Essentially what I’m looking for is a way (most likely a plugin) I can allow eligible users to have their own blog through my pages. Basically I have a clothing line that I’m going to host through my WordPress site and I’d like my business partner to be able to have his own page to run his blog through.

Is there a way I can have multiple blog feeds operating within their own respective pages? Any advice given is already appreciated, thanks in advance!
