 * Hello.
    My problem is as follows. I have Multiple Blogs. Installed plug Uiform
   Form Builder Express on the main site, where WP is installed. Creating form, 
   I cannot save it. However on the main site the form is good saved. Anybody know
   how to solve this problem?

 * it looks like you have multisite option enabled and you want to make it work 
   on your other blogs, right? if so, the plugin can not be network activated but
   you can activate the plugin per site. update to latest version and activate the
   plugin per site.
