Multiple Backup at a time

    Hi,

    Every time I click on Backup Now or a schaduled backup start I get in my google drive two or three files with the same information (db, themes, others) with different identifications string and dates. Furthermore, in the settings the Last backup field always show “No backup has been completed”. But un Download Backup I can see several available. I have tried just now to uninstall and reinstall, but it doesn’t works.

    Please, can you help me.

    The plugin have generated 9 different backup process at the same time and generated a 503 error message. So when it had been available again I had to desactivate the plugin. Please, if we need to do any test let me know and I will activate it again.

    Hi,

    As noted in the FAQ, to be able to tell you what is going on, you need to include a full log file from one of your backup runs so that I can read it and interpret it for you.

    That log indicates that you need to go into your UpdraftPlus setings page, find the Google Drive settings section, and click again on the link to authenticate.

    I still have the same problem. I think that the problem is the amount of files to backup. After the first 300+420 seconds it looks like the plugin tries to begin again, it create the DDBB files and upload the already uploaded plugins file.
    But this platform doesn’t let me upload a 1280 lines of log file, sorry. How could I resolve it?

    Yes I have edited it because I think that the problem is the size of the log. I’m trying to identify the lines where I think that the problems begin.

    There’s no problem – nobody’s heard of pastebin until somebody tells them!

    I can see in the log that two UpdraftPlus jobs were running at the same time, trying to upload the same file, and that each job had failed to detect the other.

    Please de-install UpdraftPlus, and re-install this version (all your settings will remain so you won’t need to re-enter them) and , and let me know how it goes (paste a new log file when the job has run – which looks like it’ll need up to 20 minutes):

    David, I have just de-installed an re-installed the plugin and just started a “Backup Now” process.
    I wanted to say you that I received yesterday when I made the backup 8 emails with 8 logs like the one I pasted. All of them have the same nonce=6c8b51b6483c but arrived with some minutes of difference (in the title of the email). I don’t know if it’s because the same problem…

    In your UpdraftPlus settings, it says:

    Debug mode: Check this to receive more information and emails on the backup process – useful if something is going wrong. You must send me this log if you are filing a bug report.

    The log file says:

    OK – I accidentally left a couple of lines of code out, and the new log file has given some new help. Please do again (de-install, re-install from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/updraftplus.zip).

    Normally there’s one email. If you turn on debug (which you have), and if errors occur, then there will be more.
