Multiple Authors on one blog – each one with a column

Alright – I have a blog at http://www.therecshow.com. We have four authors on this blog. Currently we have it set up as a traditional WordPress blog, where every new post is at the top, pushing the older posts down.

What we’d like to do is create four columns, one for each author. That way, a new post by each author would only displace their older posts, and not everyone else’s.

Hopefully this makes sense. I tried to use conditional tags combined with a php file for each author, but hat didn’t seem to work out so well.

Any ideas?
