When listing citations, each one with several authors, Zotero standalone lists them on screen separated with “,” and the last one separated with a localized connector word (in Spanish “y”, in English “and”, in German “und”).

However, when listing the very same citations in my WordPress site, it seems to use always the german connector “und”.

Here it is a sample on the Bibliography section at the end of this page: http://opistobranquis.info/en/guia/sacoglossa/elysia-timida/

I have scanned the Zotpress code to change this connector word for “&” (for instance), but could not find anything. Is it possible this comes from zotero.org webservice? Any ideas? Thanks in advance !

Curious. The bibliography citations are built on the Zotero side. I’m not sure why it’s defaulting to German. Is there a language setting in the Zotero website or in the Zotero Standalone app?

Ok, if bibliography citations are built on the Zotero site, you must know I’m using the “style” parameter when linking all the references for a given page:

    [zotpress tag="test" style="tgm-wien-diplom" sortby="author" order="asc"]

The only German variable seems the style itself (Wien is the capital city of Austria, where they speak German), so I changed it for:

    [zotpress tag="test" style="entomological-society-of-america" sortby="author" order="asc"]

And it works ! Here’s a sample (scroll down to Bibliography section):

So this formatting is made in runtime, using the registered styles in Zotero website, I will pay thin attention to these details in the future…

    Thank you very much Katie.
