Multiple authors list on one page

I have a blog at http://studblogg.uib.no , which have five bloggers. I’ve made a plugin that displays an image of the author next to the blogpost title, but I am not able to make a page that lists ALL the authors. What I need is something like this: http://www.dkpto.dk/weblog/skribenter.asp

I’ve made a page authors.php in my template directory, but I don’t know how to link to it (guess this is the wordpress template hierarchy, but the example of Snarfer
is not understandable for me. Main problem – don’t know how to call it.

My authors.php page I tried to call with http://<myurl>/?page=authors, but this displays the index.php

Anybody who could help me out here?
