 * I have installed the plugin but unfortunately, it doesn’t work with WooCommerce
   login.

 * Hi Lokendra,
 * After you made this change, you need to test the result from another IP address.
   If you use the same one, the limit of attempts will stay the same for some time.

   it will work for both wp-admin login and woocommerce login.
