• Hi,

Is it is possible to have multiple application forms, to allow different questions to be asked to the applicant depending on the job they’re applying for?

For example if it’s a web designer we could ask them about their HTML knowledge. However if it’s a care worker that question would not apply. So therefore associate a different form in relation to the category (for example)?

  • Hi there – just wondering if you ever got an answer to this, or what you ended up doing? My client needs the same option (in whatever job manager he chooses to use)!

Hope you can help. Many thanks.

That’s not possible with the present way JM is coded.

I could see that as a possible Feature Add using an integration with something like Gravity Forms where you could build advanced forms with rules. But then again you would have to have so many different variables it would be onerous to set up and maintain.

Most ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) don’t even do this because of all the variables. They ask for basic information and then look for the interview to narrow down the candidates.

I will keep this open for another day or two and look through our current enhancement requests to see if this has been addressed? If not I will open up a NEW item and post the number and link here. It’s definitely something
we should review and look into a bit more.
