   to chat.

 * Yes we bought it by the email [ayosef@ccinursing.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/multiple-agents-at-the-same-time/ayosef@ccinursing.com?output_format=md)
   
   we added multiple already. we defined time slots and selected Anyone for all 
   slots. but what’s happening is that only one agent can see chats while others
   cannot.
