Multipage posts into a single page?

    I’ve created a post (a Page actually) that consists of multiple pages using the standard <!–nextpage–> shortcode. For various purposes, I want the visitor to get a link/button/whatever option to see all those pages at once. This could be very handy for printing a multipage post.

    So how do I do this? if the url for a multipage part is /posttitle/2/, then what would be the url for the entire post, if any? Or how else can I achieve this?
